1. The service

Nema Eats is a marketplace that connects customers with independent halal restaurants for delivery and pickup. Restaurants prepare and are responsible for the food; Nema Eats facilitates ordering, payment, and delivery coordination. Halal verification badges reflect either a certificate from the named certifier or the restaurant's own declaration that all ingredients are halal — the badge states which.

2. Accounts and ordering

You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract. When you place an order, you authorize the charge shown at checkout (menu prices, service fee, delivery fee where applicable, tip, and any applicable taxes). Prices are set by restaurants and may differ from in-store prices. Orders may be cancelled by the restaurant; rejected or timed-out orders are automatically refunded in full.

3. Refunds and issues

If something is missing, wrong, or doesn't arrive, report it from the order page ("Report an issue") within 48 hours. We review every report and may issue full or partial refunds to your original payment method.

4. SMS terms

By opting in to SMS at checkout or in your profile, you agree to receive transactional order-status texts per our SMS Program. Message frequency varies with your orders; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Restaurants and drivers

Restaurants and drivers are independent businesses and contractors, not employees or agents of Nema Eats. Restaurant partners agree to the Partner Terms presented during onboarding; drivers agree to the Driver Terms presented during application.

6. Acceptable use, liability, changes

Don't misuse the service (fraud, abuse of promotions, harassment of restaurants or couriers, scraping). The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the order giving rise to it.
