Nema Eats SMS Program

Nema Eats sends transactional text messages about your food orders — order confirmations, status updates (accepted, preparing, ready, out for delivery, delivered), and delivery notifications. We only text you about orders you place.

Opt-in. You opt in to order-status texts by checking the "Text me order updates" consent box in your account settings (and at checkout, where available). Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can order without opting in and receive updates by email instead.

Message frequency varies with your orders — typically 3–6 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@nemaeats.com.
